Since the beginning of the war, it has been reported in various media channels that over 150,000 civilians have lost their lives.

Ethnic Profiling

Tigrayans have been targets of ethnic profiling over the past 3 years, which has now intensified. Many ethnic Tigrayans have reported arbitrary arrest and detention.

Displacements And Refugees

Due to the war on Tigray, more than 2 million people are internally displaced and more than 70,000 people have crossed the border to neighboring Sudan.

Disrupted Public Services

The war on Tigray has disrupted basic public services such as food supplies, banking, education, healthcare, security, transportation etc

Destroyed Infrastructure

Infrastructures in Tigray have been destroyed by air strikes & bombings. Medical equipment, machineries & raw materials of factories have been looted by invading forces.

Destroyed Historical Heritages

Religious sites including churches, mosques, monasteries and other cultural/historical sites have been destroyed by the war.
